1 What we collect

1.1 Information you give us

When you submit the enquiry form (/start.html), we collect what you enter:

Alongside the form we also record the submission timestamp and the originating IP address, to prevent abusive submissions and troubleshoot problems.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Like almost every website, our server writes access logs containing IP address, time of access, the URL requested, browser and operating system identifier (User-Agent) and referring page. These logs are used only to keep the Site secure and running, not to identify you personally.

1.3 What we do not collect

• We neither request nor collect national ID numbers, bank card numbers, payment details, facial images or other biometric data.
• The Site carries no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, and does not use cookies to build user profiles.
• We do not request your location, contacts, photo library or device files.

2 How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry — via the contact details you provided.
• To understand and assess your needs — so we can design and explain a suitable AI solution and quote.
• To keep the Site secure — detecting and blocking malicious submissions, attacks and abuse.

We do not use your enquiry for mass marketing unrelated to your request, and we will not add you to any mailing list without your consent.

3 Storage and security

• Your enquiry is stored on our own server, in a directory configured to be inaccessible from the public internet.
• The entire Site is served over HTTPS.
• Viewing stored enquiries requires a private access token; only authorised personnel can access them.
• On submission, a notification email is also sent to our internal mailbox so we can respond promptly.

4 Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Third parties may come into contact with it only in these limited cases:

• Infrastructure providers — we rely on third-party server and email infrastructure to run the Site; they may incidentally handle the data in the course of providing that service, but may not use it for their own purposes.
• Necessary for delivering your project — if delivering your project genuinely requires passing your material to a third-party service (e.g. cloud services, third-party AI model providers), we will tell you the scope and obtain your consent first.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required to comply with law or to respond to a lawful request from a judicial or regulatory authority.

5 AI and your material

What you submit through the enquiry form on this Site is not automatically fed into any third-party large language model for training.

If we later build or deliver an AI product for you that involves using your business data (documents, support transcripts, order data, etc.) to build or tune a system, the scope of that data, how it is processed, and the applicable confidentiality obligations will be governed by the separate written agreement signed between us.

6 Retention

• Enquiries: kept until you ask us to delete them; where a conversation goes dormant and no engagement follows, we generally keep them no longer than 24 months.
• Server access logs: generally kept no longer than 6 months, then overwritten by automatic rotation.
• Information about clients we work with: kept for the period set out in the contract and as required by law.

7 Your rights

In relation to the information we hold about you, you may:

• Access — ask what information we hold about you.
• Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete — ask us to delete your enquiry record.
• Withdraw consent — ask us to stop contacting you about this enquiry.

Please use the contact details in section 10. To protect you, we may first need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming through the contact details you originally provided). We will handle and respond to your request within 15 working days. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

8 Minors

The Site is aimed at businesses and commercial users, not at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If you are a guardian and believe a minor has submitted information to us without your consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Where a change is material (for example, a substantive expansion of what we collect or why), we will highlight it prominently. We suggest reviewing this page periodically.
